behind Dare to Dream Therapy
Sharni Nicholson
FOUNDER | OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Over the years, I’ve been privileged to work across an extensive range of settings within hospital and community care, allowing me to develop a holistic approach to therapy. From acute general medical wards to dementia care, stroke rehabilitation, palliative care, and community transitions, my journey has been driven by a deep passion for helping individuals lead fulfilling lives.
As a team leader, I’ve guided and supported a talented group of 15 therapists, fostering their growth through mentorship, policy development, and innovative practices.
My Mission is to empower the individuals I serve and the clinicians I work alongside to unlock their potential and make meaningful impacts on our clients' lives.
